Whole spices are used for creating magical blends of the mixtures for enriching the taste and enhancing the aroma. Blended Spices are a mixture of these individual spices. Our spice mixes are pure, fresh, handmade and do not contain any artificial colour or additives.
Cooking Instructions:-
Ingredients from your kitchen - 1 kg Mutton, 1 cup Yogurt, 3/4 Cup Ghee, Salt to taste and our laal maas masala 4 tbsp (Approx 60g)
Procedure - Cut up the mutton into 1 inch squares and add the masala with the yogurt & set aside.
Cooking -
1. Heat ghee in a handi & add the lamb, fry for 5 minutes
2. Add yogurt with the masala & fry until the liquid has evaporated
3. Add 3 cups water, bring to a boil, cover, simmer & stir until the meat is tender
4. Remove to a dish
5. Serve with phulkas
